Characteristics
The carcass of the heat resistant conveyor belt selects cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material. This kind of conveyor belt adopt ethylene-propylene rubber or syrene butadiene rubber as coating with good heat resistance.
The product is suitable for carrying high temperature material, such as heat coke, cement clinker, heat casting, etc. It even can work under the temperature of 120°C. Heat-resistant conveyor belt can be widely applied in industries of metallurgy, cement, coking, steel, etc.
Models:
Heat resistant conveyor belts fall into three models
Mode1: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 100°C, code S1
Mode2: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 125°C, code S2
Mode3: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 150°C, code S3
Mode4: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 175°C, code S4
